December 7th, 2006 ... Some Personal Thoughts Of Mine

Never Forget!

65 years ago today The United States of America was attacked by the Japanese Empire at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. " ... A day which will live in infamy." A heart felt  "thank you" goes out to all WWII Veterans. Those people saved the world.

Today is also my brother Bill's birthday, ... Happy B-day baby brother.

Global Warming

This morning, after I warmed my car up for about 10 minutes to drive my daughter to school we heard on the radio that is was 9 degrees outside with a wind chill factor of -7 below zero!

"Global Warming" my ass!

If the "Global Warming" theory's are correct, the world would be 2 degrees cooler. That means that if everyone in the world conserved energy and all the governments of the world cooperated, it would be 7 degrees here and minus 6 below zero!!!!

If it's up to me, I vote for "Global Warming!"

Bill Cosby

I am shocked that actor/comedian Bill Cosby is catching flack for asking the male members of his ethnic community to step up and be responsible for the children they bring into the world. he should be applauded!

Some of the grief is coming from a few men who said, " ... it's not easy to raise children yourself!"

My question to them is, are you a man or a parasite? If you are a man, then act like one and step up! If you don't step up, then we all understand that you will be leaching off of the rest of as taxpayers either through welfare, community out-reach programs or jail which makes you are parasite.

God bless Bill Cosby.

101st Rock Division Christmas Party

Tonight the band is getting together at Sarnai and Chinbaa's and I am going to cook a complete pasta dinner. I am going to make my red, meat sauce served over pasta with meatballs and hot Italian sausage. I will bake some fresh garlic bread and the girls are going to whip up a fresh green salad. Hungry?

This is our first "party" together and should be a riot.

Our newest recording and CD, "Bears Fight Songs" is scheduled to hit the stores and airwaves in a few weeks but only in the Chicago area. We recorded under the names of two different groups, ... the original song "We Are Who You Thought We Were" says it was sung by "Sugar Bear" (that's us) and the NFL version of "Bear Down Chicago Bears" is sung by the "Polar Bear Singers, with Bill Archer and the Big Bear Band" (we are the "Polar Bear Singers.") The girls are featured on "hip-hop" club mix version of the same original song that was written by my producer John Steele and myself.

Daaaaaa Bears
