In this high-speed, quick-informational, ten-second-sound-bite world we live, the US House Majority Leader Harry "Speak Before I Think" Reid said; "The war in Iraq is lost and the US troop surge is failing." 

First, ... that statement is wrong on so many levels.

If I have the choice of listening to the troops on how the war effort is going or listening to a dried-up, milquetoast, pessimist, (that would be Harry Reid,) I'll choose to listen to the men and women in the field. The men and women who are actually in Iraq and have a much better sense of how the war is going, email me daily with information that the Iraqi's are making great strides in taking over where the troops will eventually leave off. Our media never reports that part, all they can come up with is a body count, and if that is the barometer that Harry Reid is using to judge our progress in the war, those body count reports are all one-sided. So Dumb-ass Harry Reid must be getting his information from the newspapers.

Second, ... the message Reid is conveying to our troops is just awful. How did Reid measure his results and how did he come to the conclusion that we lost the war? The general who is in charge of those "win-loss" tallies says the troops surge is working! The troops themselves say that it's working and even troops who have been deployed a second and third time can't believe the wonderful changes and forward progress that has been made in Iraq since their last visit.

It appears that Harry "The Dumbest American Alive" Reid has take a crash-course at the John Kerry School of Troops Support. Reid's tactic seem to be; now that the troops are away from their families, serving the people of America for just awful pay, I think I'll kick them all in the balls. (I apologize to our female troops) I'll bet John Kerry raised his eyes to Heaven and said something like; "Thank you Lord for letting Harry Reid take some of the heat off of me. ... And you thought I said something dumb, ... at least I'm no quitter!"

After Pearl Harbor, Americans pulled together, and against insurmountable odds, ... rebuilt our fleet, trained and armed our troops and helped save the world. If Harry Reid was in-charge back then we'd all be speaking a mix of German and Japaneses. Reid would have surrendered immediately. I can picture him now, standing at the burning site at Pearl Harbor, cowering behind a rock (the same one he crawled out from under,) shaking in his boots, saying; "The war is lost, our effort has failed!" It appears this silver-spoon-fed-anti-American-troop-politician knows nothing about perseverance and actually doing something other than shuffling a few papers around and jumping in front of a camera and making one of the most hurtful sound-bites in American history.

I am telling you, I am so pissed-off right now I could spit! He's telling us that all the troops that were killed, died in vain! He is saying to me personally, that my cousin Ryan died for nothing, and Reid wants me to accept that!

To Harry Reid; Please resign and put your other foot into your mouth. Fade away like Joe McCarthy. You have now joined the ranks of Nazi's Joseph Goebbels and Hermman Goring with your unfounded anti-American troop propaganda! Our troops DO NOT need to hear your insensitive comments while they are risking their lives so that assholes like you can freely make those comments. How about a little support you elected-piece-of-shit-official!

To the troops; Most of our politicians know, respect and praise the work you are doing. Most of the American people are 100% supportive of your great effort. The Iraqi people need you, the world needs you and the future of the Middle-East is depending on you. A Saudi Arabian prince was quoted a few weeks ago, saying; "If America was not in the region at this time, this terrorist threat would have spread over the entire Middle East."

Think of Harry Reid as the pesky, little, insignificant fly he really is. Yes, he's very annoying, ... but he really can't do much harm, and remember, he is the dumbest American alive!
