A Frighting Bedtime Story

Snuggle together kids, ... this is a very scary true story, ... Mooo ha ha!
Once upon a time there was a man named Amerigo. He worked very hard his whole life, like his father before him. Amerigo made a great home for his family. Life was great.
One year in the spring, after Amerigo received his check from the IRS for overpaying his taxes, he took his family on a wonderful vacation to Hawaii, ... after all, he worked hard and earned his vacation.
When Amerigo returned home, he saw that a criminal had broken into his home and was now living there!
Amerigo, being a peace loving man, didn't harm the criminal, but he demanded that the criminal leave at once. After all, the criminal broke into Amerigo's home and was using items in the home to live on and sustain his own life. "Get out of my home this instant!" Amerigo shouted.
But the criminal, who's name was Mexica, said, "Wait a second, ... I've cleaned your home, made the beds, washed the floors, washed the dishes, I've even done your laundry, ... I do all the things you don't like to do! Further more, I am a hard working, honest person, ... except for the fact that I broke into your home!"
Mexica then boldly said to Amerigo, "Now that I'm here, ... you are required to keep me in your home. You are required to add me to your families insurance policy. You are required to educate my children and you are required to provided all sorts of other benefits to me and my family! My brother will do your yard work. He too is honest and hard-working, except for that breaking-in part."
Amerigo was shocked and amazed at the gall of Mexica and said to him; "Get off my land now or I will call the police!"
But Mexica, just sat there shaking his head and laughing. He said, " Amerigo, if you call the police or try and force me out, I will call all my friends and we will picket your home; caring signs proclaiming my RIGHT to be here! It's only fair, after all, you have a nicer house than I do, and I'm just trying to better myself. I'm a hard-working and honest, person, except for well, you know, I did break into your house.
And what a deal it is for me Amerigo!!!
I live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothing you can do about it without being accused of cold, uncaring, selfish, prejudiced, and bigoted behavior. Hahahahaha!
Oh yeah, One more thing, ... I DEMAND that you to learn MY LANGUAGE, so you can communicate with ME!!!!!"
This story doesn't have an ending yet, but all of us together can help make it a happy one. OR, you can just pretend it's a fairytale and that it can't happen in America. Just blow it off, ... along with your Social Security and a lot of other things!
