GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN: In a news conference earlier today, Deanna Favre announced that she will be the starting quarterback for the Green Bay Packers this coming Sunday. She asserts that she has spent the past 16-years married to Brett while he played quarterback for the Packers. During this period of time she became familiar with the definition of a "corner blitz" and is now completely comfortable with other terminology of the Packers offense.

A survey of Packers fans shows that 50% of those polled support the move.

Does the above sound idiotic to you? Can you imagine this happening in real life? Well, it's happening now ... and it's happening on a bigger, more important playing field than the frozen tundra of Green Bay, Wisconsin. It's happening in the Presidential Race! Hillary Clinton is making the same claim, and 50% of Democrats polled, originally agreed! She has never run a state, county or city.

When told Hillary Clinton has "experience" because she has 8-years in the White House, Dick Morris stated, "so does the pastry chef!"

Now, Hillary is spewing that she has 35-years of experience????? Huh?

These are serious times folks; we are at war on two fronts. If you agree that because you slept with a man who happen to be the Governor of Arkansas and President of the United States you are now qualified to become president yourself ... then you must also agree that Monica Lewinsky would be qualified to be the Secretary of Defense, and Gennifer Flowers (12-year long affair with Bill Clinton) would be qualified to become Queen!

I think most people are getting wise to Hillary's type of politics. Did you noticed that ever since Barack Obama's campaign picked up steam by using the word "change," Hillary has started to use that word, over and over and over again? (Everyone on both sides are now using it, ... and I hate that, but Hillary's use of the word almost sounds like she's jealous of Obama!)

It's amazing that since the press came to the assumption that Hillary came off "too hard and too cold," after her "beating" in Iowa, she pulls an "Edward Muskie," and squeaks out a tear yesterday.  It looks like that move may cost her the Democratic nomination, at least it will cost her New Hampshire.

John Edwards summed it up perfectly when asked for his reaction to Hillary's "crocodile tears" (more like crock-of-shit tears) yesterday. Edwards said, "Well, yes, it is very hard on all of us running for president, but being president is very hard."

There's no crying in baseball or on the campaign trail, it killed Muskie in New Hampshire in the 60's and it will most likely cost Hillary today.

In a few short months, we'll all know who will be going "head to head" next November. It is going to be very interesting and almost entertaining to watch Hillary if she is defeated in many more primaries.

I want to thank Jon Brant for sending me the Green Bay Packers analogy, ... perfect JB!

I realize you are a huge Bear's fan, but how is it you see fit to mention Hillary in the same sentence with the best QB to ever play the game, and future Hall of Famer's wife?

      Bob,

My humble apology to you and to Packers fans every where. I understand that comparing Hillary and Favre is sacrilege, but it's the only way I could get my point across.

Love and kisses, don't ever change,

Me, being the huge Favre fan that I am, kinda like the Deanna Favre analogy. It really sums up the credibility behind Hillarys background. The audacity that she has claiming because she was the wife of our former President (And with Bill Clinton, I use the word President very lightly), that she has the knowledge and qualifications to run this country is absurd. I can't ramble on here about the Clintons because today I am in a good mood, and to do so would really wreck my day. All I need to say is to whomever supports this lady, please take the time to read a book written by Retired Col. Buzz Patterson USAF, its called "Dereliction of Duty" Buzz was the carrier of the "Nuclear Football" under the Clinton Administration. Not only does he talk about how Bill Clinton didn't live up to his oath in office to protect the American people, he talks a lot about Hillary and her lust for power. This woman shows the utmost disdain for our brave men and women in the military, that it makes me sick to think that she could possibly be the next President of the United States. Highly unlikely if you ask me, but the fact that there is a lot of support out there for this woman is unbelievable. Final thought.... If this woman is elected President, we won't have to recognize 9/11 as being the worst terrorist attack on US soil anymore, Al Queda will top it.

Ooh -- Brett Favre was my fantasy quarterback this season. Does that mean I can play for the Packers AND be President of the United States?

Joe, I have known you for roughly 2 years now. I believe that this qualifies me as being part of the band. In fact, I think I should take over the role of lead singer. Hold on, I'm gonna sing a verse to myself here and make sure............................................. On second thought, you are way better than me. My dog just put his paws over his ears and informed me of that. But I do know Mike Gorman and Jon Brant as well, so this makes me your new bass player. Which way do you hold this damn guitar anyway? And why are there only 4 strings instead of 6? Ah nevermind, I finally came to my senses and realized that.... I SUCK. Oh well, maybe enough people will read this and soon I should have a tryout for The Next Great American Band. I'm gonna start working on my resume. Can I use you for a reference?

      Very good.

You know, my band has some mighty good musicians, beside awesome humans. I have always said I am the luckiest guy in the world to be surround by these fabulous people, it may be easier for you to replace me!

      Good comment brother Ryan.

      Practice, practice, practice!

I couldn't agree with you more. It has been so much fun seeing you and the band perform so many times. They truly are great people.

As far as replacing you...... Not a chance my friend. As I said before .... I SUCK. You are the heart and sole behind the 101st Rock Division.

Keep up the great music, and the great things you and the band do for the men and women who fight for the Stars and Stripes. I'm going into 101st Rock Division withdrawal here, it has been a couple months since I last heard you all. Soon again my friend, soon again. Semper Fi.

          Thanks for the kind words.

As for the 101st, we will get started very soon. By the way, ... I heard from Armed Forces Entertainment yesteday. Our tour has been officially approved at the Depatment of Defense; Iraq, Afghanistan and other lovely places where America's Best serve. Can you feel how jacked-up I am right now up there in Wisconsin? ... or are you too jacked-up yourself about the Packers VS Seahawks this Sunday?

I feel it brother. Wish I could join you on the tour. I'm hoping to make some of the domestic base shows. Gonna try to catch you up here at some WI bases. Still gonna try to make some of the CA tour as well. With the Colonel Arinello, GySgt Jazak, and all of your other Military connections, it will be a huge success. And the reason behind the tour, doesn't need to be explained. I seriously love you and the band for all that you do for Americas finest. Don't forget to send me the updates dates when you get them nailed down.

Packers? To tell you the truth, I'm a little nervous about this game. Seattle has a really fast defense and Favre has problems with defenses like that. I seem to remember the two Bears games this year. Just can't get those out of my head, ERRRRRRR... The game is either going down to the wire, or the Pack blows them out. I hope its the second part. Maybe Hasselbeck will put his foot in his mouth again this year and fire up the Packers. "We want the ball and we're gonna score"

First play in overtime, Hasselbeck intercepted and Al Harris runs it back to paydirt. How did that foot taste Matt? Gotta love it.

We will all know about 6:30pm central time on Saturday. I really think the entire nation has Packer fever. One can't help themselves to root for Brett Favre. I think mostly America wants Colts - Packers Super Bowl this year. Two of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play the game going head to head. Favre setting records, and Peyton potentially breaking them if he stays healthy. NFL Playoffs, the greatest time of the year. Man I love Lord Football!!!!

Very true, but put Peyton or Favre behind that team and they crush the NFL as well. New England has Miami, NYJ, and Buffalo is their division.... thats eight free games without breaking a sweat. Thats a free ticket to the playoffs for almost the last decade. I agree he isn't bad, in fact he's pretty good, BUT.... he is no Favre or Manning. You got to remember, if Indy or GB, let alone the rest of the NFL, were video taping opposing teams like New England was.... Brady might not have those SB rings???????

16-0 don't mean squat unless you win it all. (ex. Minnesota Vikings 15-1, lose to Atlanta with a QB named Chris Chandler in 1999) New England is a solid team, hence Bradys records, BUT..... they will not make it to the Super Bowl. I think Jacksonville can give them a scare, but Pats win. AFC Championship Colts 27, Pats 24. Just a thought. Oh yeah NFC Championship NYG 17, Packers 31. Dallas loses Sunday night.

        Later my friend
